Cancellation + No Show Policies

Our Policies:

Confidence Collective requires a credit card to be placed on file when booking. The card on file will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Full Policy Terms + Conditions Here - Please read as we do not make exceptions and our system automatically charges your card on file in line with our cancellation policy.

  • Guests must provide at least 48 hour notice of cancellation directly to their service provider.

  • Same day cancellations + No shows will automatically be charged 100% of the service amount regardless of the reason. Late cancellations due to illness are not exempt from this policy.

Please arrive on time or early to your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you forfeit your appointment and will be charged a no show fee.

If you are unable to cancel using the link in your reminder and confirmation emails, it is because you are cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment time and we have to manually cancel your appointment which will then charge your card the full amount of the appointment.

We do not regularly monitor our email on Sundays and Mondays. Any and all standard cancellations need to take place through the link provided and not via email. Any late cancellations need to be done with your provider directly.

Why we have a strict cancellation + no show policy:

Your appointments are very important to us. We truly value you and that you chose us to book a service with. All of our providers are passionate about their craft and prepare in advance for all appointments. Your time is VERY valuable to us and we try our best to keep our booking system up to date and minimize any appointment changes from our end.

The way you can show that you value your providers time is by remembering your appointment times and rescheduling in advance. if possible. This allows our providers to adjust their schedule accordingly, fill in another client from their waitlist into your spot and maintain a steady paycheck. All of our providers are full time and this is their sole income. Same day cancellations and no shows deeply impact their weekly, monthly and yearly salary.

While we understand things come up and people get sick, we like to go by the guideline of “what if everybody did that?”. What if 100% of the providers clients no showed on her all week. What if 100% of clients got sick in one week. What if even 50% of the providers clients no showed. That would deeply impact her in a negative way.

For late cancellations or same day cancellations: It is up to yours service provider if she is able to provide you an opportunity to rebook your appointment within that week for another time and credit your account for the amount that was charged. This is not always available and will not always be offered. She will offer it if it is an option.

Confirmations + Reminders:

We have a top of the line booking system that allows us the opportunity to give an adequate amount of confirmations and reminders via email and text. Each client gets a booking confirmation via text and email as soon as the appointment is booked as well as a reminder 2 days before, a reminder 1 day before and a same day reminder + check in opportunity.

Ultimately, it is your responsibility to remember your appointments and prepare accordingly. Because you book your appointment online, you enter in your phone number and email. If you choose to not put your phone number or email on file or incorrectly enter those details in, we cannot be responsible for undeliverable reminders and confirmations. The cancellation policy and no show policy still are valid regardless of undelivered reminders.

Arrival TIme:

Liability Waiver:

By booking your appointments online, you agree to release The Confidence Beauty Bar and any/all of their providers of any liability relating to services rendered. You understand any risks or adverse reactions involved in my services. You also agree to disclose any allergies prior to your appointment.
